On top of that, I’m thrilled to announce that a lifelong dream will come true in November when I embark on a journey to Antarctica! Keep reading to find out how you can follow this new adventure.
My story
My journey into nature photography began during the most challenging period of my life, following the illness and passing of my parents within a few years of each other. During this time, nature and photography became my refuge, offering peace, comfort, and a renewed focus. As I wandered through fields, capturing the often-overlooked beauty of nature, I found my greatest source of inspiration in the small details of the natural world.
This experience has shaped my mission: to share the healing beauty of nature. My photography celebrates color, light, form, and atmosphere, often characterized by painterly, organic, and abstract macro images inspired by the beauty of nature. Through my images, I aim to offer comfort, warmth, and positive moments, especially during difficult times.
I invite you to experience the power, tranquility, and healing light of nature. As a nature lover, I hope my photography brings you a sense of calmness, warmth, and the vibrant colors of Mother Earth. My transition into Nature Healing Art reflects my dedication to capturing and sharing the restorative power of nature.

You are Warmly Invited to the Art Exhibition ‘La Vita è Bella’
Artistic nature and art photographer Nanda Bussers invites you on a visually poetic journey to the origins of time and space. You are warmly invited to the art exhibition ‘La Vita è Bella’, which translates to ‘Life is Beautiful’.
I will be showcasing my work alongside over 20 other artists at the stunning Galerie De Nispenhoeve and Beeldentuin Prinsenbeek. From September 14th to September 29th, several pieces from my "Stardust" series will be featured. For more information about this series, please visit my website.
Traveling from Norway, I will be present for the opening weekend on September 14th and 15th and will remain throughout the entire weekend.
I would love to see you there, especially after almost half a year since my move to Norway!
Heading to the South Pole!
On November 4th, a long-held dream will come true: I’m heading to Antarctica! Four years ago, I booked this unique photography expedition and have been saving up ever since. This is the only continent I haven’t yet explored, and, as many of you know, I have a special fascination with ice.
Alongside 99 other passionate nature photographers, I’ll embark on this extraordinary adventure, delving into the pristine wilderness of Antarctica for three weeks. The journey will also include visits to the breathtaking Falkland Islands and South Georgia.
During this trip, I’ll be advancing my series Earth & Light (a continuation of the Stardust series), with the working title Frozen Light Antarctica. Expect to see stunning images of frozen landscapes and the majestic beauty of the southernmost continent.
I invite you to experience the serene landscapes, warm colors, and soft lights, and to be inspired by the beauty and tranquility of nature. To follow my preparations and adventures, subscribe to my newsletter for updates on all the exciting developments. I will also share more about this journey on my website.
